Molten Cast Iron

This selection of cookware is made from Cast Iron to give an even and efficient distribution of heat. The cast iron is coated with
hygienic and impermeable high quality vitreous enamel. Originally available in a stunning red enamel, we have added a sleek black enamel to the range which comes with a special cast steel knob. Both packaged in a colour sleeve, the Molten Cast collection
is a sure winner on both price and quality. Suitable for use in the oven, under the grill, and on all stove tops including electric,
gas, ceramic, halogen top and induction. The range is dishwasher safe, and the casserole knobs are heat proof to 205C (400F)
and comes complete in an attractive colour sleeve.

Care & Use:
Take care when removing the product from its packaging.

Before first use, wash thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse and dry well.

This product is dishwasher safe. However to avoid accidental chipping of the enamel, hand washing is recommended.

To avoid damage to your stovetop, take extra care not to drag or drop this heavy product on it.

Use a light coating of oil to prevent food sticking to the pan before cooking.

Caution - handles will get very hot. Always use an oven glove or tea towel.

The Moroccan chicken recipe listed under "Terra", can also be cooked in your Molten Cast Iron casserole dish.
