Stephanie Alexander's new book The Cook's Apprentice has been released on 1 October.
This is the culinary icon and friend of Albi's eighteenth book, and is intended for the younger cook who’s just starting out.
"I had a teenager in my mind as I wrote," Stephanie says, "but various grandparents have assured me the book will be perfect for their grandchildren of many differing ages."
Arranged alphabetically, The Cook’s Apprentice covers apples to zucchini – with more than 300 achievable recipes ranging from classics to dishes that reflect our diverse nation. To find the book, visit Penguin.
This is a particularly busy time for Stephanie, as Albi is thrilled to launch two new collections in Stephanie's signature range.
